Exhibits Assistant. Preformed exhibit and administrative duties which included generating and maintaining all documentation pertaining to incoming and outgoing loans including exhibition contracts, loan agreements, receipts, shipping documents, and condition reports.

Assistant to the Director. Produced packing and condition reports for incoming items, accompanied director Phil Hitchcock to meetings to take notes for upcoming exhibits, created gallery guide and labels and proof read exhibit material and assisted in installation of exhibit
